Disciplines

Services

Ten disciplines, one continuous standard of execution.

PURE DESIGN operates as a single company across engineering and interiors. Each discipline is led in-house, so structural logic and spatial intent are resolved together rather than negotiated between consultants.

01

Architecture

Architecture

Form, orientation and mass resolved before anything is decorated.

We begin with the site: where the sun lands, where the wind comes from, what the neighbours can see. The building follows from those constraints, which is why our plans tend to be simple and our sections do the work.

  • Concept design
  • Authority submission drawings
  • Tender documentation

02

Interior Design

Interior Design

Interiors drawn as architecture, not selected as a package.

Joinery, lighting and finishes are set out on the same drawings as the structure. When the interior is designed by the people who set the wall positions, the result has fewer compromises in it.

  • Spatial layouts
  • Joinery and finish schedules
  • Lighting design

03

Landscape

Landscape

Shade, water and planting treated as building material.

In this climate the landscape is what makes outdoor space usable. We design it alongside the building so that shade arrives where people will actually stand.

  • Hardscape and softscape design
  • Irrigation strategy
  • Planting schedules

04

Structural Design

Structural Design

Structure sized to be shown, not sized to be hidden.

Reinforced concrete, steel and composite framing, designed in-house. Because the same company draws the architecture, structural depth is negotiated at concept stage rather than discovered on site.

  • Structural analysis
  • Reinforcement detailing
  • Design certification

05

Engineering Consultancy

Engineering Consultancy

Authority approvals, coordination and technical review.

Submissions, NOCs and inter-disciplinary coordination handled as a single workstream, so approvals track the design programme instead of interrupting it.

  • Authority submissions
  • MEP coordination
  • Technical due diligence

06

3D Visualization

3D Visualization

Images that show the building as it will be built.

Renders are produced from the working model and graded to the company's photographic direction — soft daylight, warm neutrals, softened blacks. They are a design tool first and a marketing image second.

07

Project Planning

Project Planning

A programme that survives contact with the site.

Sequencing, procurement route and long-lead items identified early. Most programme failures are decided months before they become visible.

  • Programme and phasing
  • Procurement strategy
  • Cost planning input

08

Project Supervision

Project Supervision

On site, holding the drawings to account.

Regular inspection, materials approval and snagging. The detail that was drawn is the detail that gets built, or it is taken down and built again.

  • Site inspection reports
  • Materials approval
  • Snagging and handover

09

Infrastructure

Infrastructure

Levels, drainage and services beneath the visible work.

Site grading, storm and foul drainage, utility routing and access design — the layer that decides whether the finished ground plane works in the first heavy rain.

  • Grading and levels
  • Drainage design
  • Utility coordination

Graphic Design

Graphic Design

The drawings explained to everyone who has to approve them.

Company profiles, presentation sheets, concept boards and material palettes, set to the same typographic standard as the drawings. A design decision that cannot be read is a design decision that gets changed by someone else.

  • Presentation sheets
  • Company and project profiles
  • Brand and marketing layouts

Why Pure Design

Four things the company is set up to do, and organises itself around.

  • 01

    Clear design communication

High-quality visuals, diagrams and presentation sheets that make design decisions easy to understand.

  • 02

    UAE project awareness

Design concepts are shaped by local lifestyle, climate, authority coordination and market expectations.

  • 03

    Integrated approach

Architecture, interior, landscape and visualisation are developed as one coherent design language.

  • 04

    Client-focused delivery

The workflow is structured to support decisions, revisions, coordination and final project presentation.

How we work

How we work

A linear, documented sequence — every stage signed off before the next begins.

  1. 01

    Site and brief

Survey, orientation study and a written brief both sides sign. Nothing is drawn until this is agreed.

  2. 02

    Concept

Massing, plan and section developed together, tested against sun path and privacy before any finish is discussed.

  3. 03

    Developed design

Structure, services and interiors resolved on one set of drawings, with the material setting-out fixed.

  4. 04

    Authority approval

Submissions and NOCs managed in-house, tracked against the construction programme.

  5. 05

    Construction

Site supervision, materials approval and inspection through to snagging and handover.

Let's design what comes next.
